Privacy Policy
Who we are
fromthekitchens.com (“the site”) is operated by MADITECH LLC (“MADITECH”, “we”, “us”), a private company. The site was built by Lucky Ranasinghe. Questions or requests about your information: lucky@maditech.group.
This page describes what this site does with information. We wrote it from a check of the site's own code, and it is checked again every time the site is published.
Information you give us
This site has no forms and no fields to fill in. It does not ask you for any personal information.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write, and we use them to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
When your browser requests a page, the request reaches our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like every web server, it receives your IP address, your browser's user agent and the address of the page requested, and uses them to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy.
Pages on this site also load content from these other providers, which receive your IP address and browser information when your browser fetches it: Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com).
We do not track you across other websites. The providers listed above handle Do Not Track signals under their own policies.
Cookies and browser storage
The site's own code sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own when it needs to check for automated traffic.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for advertising at all. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Some US states, including California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, give residents rights like these by law, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We give the rights above to everyone. We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, email lucky@maditech.group with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address involved, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within that period and respond within 45 more days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if we still decline, you can contact your state attorney general.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email lucky@maditech.group and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
MADITECH LLC is based in the United States. Information you send is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting different information, this page changes with it. When the wording of the policy changes, the policy version date at the top changes too.
